I don’t really know how to make this sound original, so I just won’t try:

I’m April, and I write things when the Muse is cooperative. (Those harlots are fickle.) I tend to comment on culture, art, literature, and poetry, but I’m changeable.

I love writing, and would love to get paid for it periodically, because I’m good. So. You know. Keep that in mind.
